I loved the charming atmosphere and traditional decor of the hotel. The vintage furniture and elegant drapery made me feel like I was stepping back in time. The common areas, such as the lobby and dining area, were well maintained and had a cozy ambiance. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The staff was always on hand to assist me with any needs I had and made sure I felt comfortable during my stay.

If there is one thing that could have made my vacation even better, it would have been more attentive staff. Although they were helpful, I sometimes felt that they were a bit distracted or too busy with other tasks.

The hotel was recently refurbished and extremely convenient. I enjoyed it, especially the hills view. the staff was helpful during all this time. the room was neat and beautifully decorated, offered central heating, TV, and a refrigerator. A bathtub in the bathroom was a plus. the property had a central position very close to the center, the sightseeing, and the old shopping area.

The value for money at this hotel was great, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The central location made it easy for us to explore the city, and the staff treated us with kindness and accommodation.

Breakfast delights: It would have been better if there was a children's chair available for our baby during breakfast.

Everything was fine - central location and EXCELLENT service. The staff was really helpful and helpful and created a family vibe. The room was beautifully maintained and what's more - included a bathtub and towels. It included a comfortable bed and a private bathroom. Location: the hotel was just off Close to the center, -an area that is very popular with both tourists, and the centre. You can find Psistaria Taverna Sakis a super close walk to the venue to a have lunch. Stayed for 1 day and did not want to leave there, I would stay here again.

I chose this hotel for attending a convention and it provided a business center with secretarial facilities such as typing, faxing, and internet access. The facilities were fully air-conditioned and served me well in completing my work tasks.

I did miss having a printer available in the business center for printing important documents for my work.

I would add that the Hotel is very old and it is not looking as a 4 start hotel. The picture shown as much more better than the hotel per se.

More than adequate, comfortable, shower and bathroom are significantly above the normal for europe--view from 4th floor east is exellent, beds firm comfortable, AC works well, ventilation great, privacy exellent, internet access very good and easy with wireless, attrictive dining area, breakfast average, parking GREAT. Highly recommend for the average traveler.

We stayed at Palladion for a family trip with our two kids. The room was split into two separate areas, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The hotel's location was excellent for strolling with a pram, as we had easy access to the lake and shops. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and we had all-day hot water. Another great feature was the free parking available. Moreover, the hotel's central location meant we were close to shops, the bus station, and the castle. The blinds in the room were effective in blocking out the sun, allowing us to sleep in peacefully, and the amenities like clean towels, bedding, and comfortable pillows made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, it was convenient to have wall sockets near the bed and a working lift for easy access.

Spent Easter at a hotel in Ioannina and we enjoyed its central location, making it easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The private parking was a plus, and made it easy to drive to nearby sites. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay comfortable.

The hotel seemed tired and needed some work. The bathroom was small and could use an update.

A good location and an adequate hotel with respect to rooms. There was also free parking which is a plus.

The staff was not helpful and seemed annoyed to have questions asked. We nicknamed the main clerk "Mr Grumpy". We had had such helpful hotel staff in our other hotels in Greece that this was surprising.
